I have found so many photographs of ancestors in boxes. I don't know who most are. And I find it mysterious and magical. These photos, especially The Girls of Summer that my Grandmother named it, are liminal images for me. So many stories - so many possibilities. I am starting a journey to learn more, and tell their tales.
